The Smoke Free Buddy app offers people who want to quit smoking, in an innovative way interactive support. The app was developed by specialists for smoking cessation in knowledge-based schaftlicher.

The Smoke Free Buddy app allows the smoke stop thanks to a self-imposed per-son. This person is instructed in the role of Buddy from the App as it can motivate the person to stop smoking when smoking cessation Challenge possible. There is also the possibility that two smoking stop together using the Smoke Free Buddy app: then both parties are included in the role as a supportive buddy.
The duration of the smoking cessation Challenge can be determined (10, 20, or 30 days). The person who wants to quit smoking can select the date of quitting within the next 7 days itself.
The app is easy to use. A dashboard guides the participants step by step through the Un-terstützungsprozess. allow the various options (chat, messages, bonus, statistics, knowledge-bank on smoking cessation, etc.) to make progress successfully.
Buddy gets tips on how it can best support to stop smoking person and motivate through-hold /. At the same time the person has stopped smoking can bring any time with a smiley to express how they feel and ask the buddy for help.
The content and support proposals in this app are based on scientific principles. The app is a subproject of the national Smoke Free campaign.
