-Sabda Prophet s.a.w mean:
"The first one is a slave brought to account on the Day of Judgment is prayer, then if ok prayers would let other practices and if damaged prayers, would perish deeds of others."

Word of the Prophet s.a.w.
"He who pointed a way towards good, his reward is the same as reward those who do (good) it." (Narrated by Muslim)
From Abu Hurairah, he said that the Messenger of Allah means:
Indeed, the practice began to be reckoned someone about it on the Day of Judgment is prayer, if prayer is accepted, then the lucky and succeeded it.
If prayers are not accepted, then disappointed and lost it. If understated prayers of things.
He said: Examine whether my servant has a prayer-prayer to be paid back to him what is the lesser of the prayers.

Allah also says: Indeed, prayer is the pillar of religion, those who founded the fan guard perfection, he developed a religion, but those who left, he collapses religion.
(Bukhari and Muslim).
Those prayers keep perfection including multiply prayers, He will gain advantage and pleasure in the afterlife when the Day of Judgment.
