Hartafe Wonen therefore has the system of a cardiac arrest, this system is automatically sought through the navigation on the smartphone which of the volunteers are close to the victim via the navigation. The corresponding app takes care of the report.
Hartveilig Wonen is organized Burenhulp, with which volunteers are present at a victim with a defibrillator (AED) within a few minutes; Often much faster than an ambulance. As a result, CPR can be started earlier and the chance of survival is greatly improved in an acute circulatory arrest. Heart safe living expects to be able to offer even better help to the victims of a cardiac arrest through this new app. In addition, the existing alarm system will continue to exist.
If the volunteer is 'available' he can be alerted for a resuscitation in an area of 0 to 1000 meters around the calamity. The number of volunteers that can be called around the calamity depends on availability. With a call, the volunteer receives a message with a recognizable sound on the smartphone. The system determines whether the volunteer should pick up an AED or whether it is called to go directly to the victim for resuscitation. When the volunteer is available, the volunteer must answer the call with a message. This way it is kept track of how many volunteers leave for the calamity.
