VietFi.net let you get pre-share key - PSK (aka password) of Free Wifi Hotspot. It scans for near by wifi network and query to the server (VietFi.net - require 2G or 3G connection first, just a little traffic, about 3-5KBytes only) for PSK. After that you get PSKs of scanned wifi network, you can choose one then click "Connect and Publish", then device switching to the wifi with better speed.
PSK that's query from the server is needed publishing by someone first.
If there are not any published PSKs, nothing'll be showed. You should get PSK by asking the wifi's host, typing correct PSK, then Connect with sharing option.
