The idea of the application is to be a guide and reference book for Plovdiv City and its vicinities.
“Travel Sights Plovdiv” contains description, locality, addresses and contacts of cultural, archaeological, historical, architectural, religious, sports and other sights, hotels, restaurants and trade sites, public transport, useful links, addresses and contacts of important state institutions, consulates, police departments and others.
The application includes a calendar-notebook in which all important historical and cultural events are described. The calendar can also be used as a personal calendar-notebook after a brief registration. The calendar works only when you are online and that is why an internet connection is needed. Such connection is also needed for the locality visualization of every place by using Google Maps and Google Street View.
At first usage it is possible a slightly delay of the application.
