This gives you access to the plethora of promising practices available in the Tata group, which can not only help you know and possibly adapt the practices of the most successful companies in the group, but also enable you to interact with the people who are responsible for them. Users can conveniently post, share, access, and comment upon Promising Practices. This portal also allows you to initiate discussions and be part of discussion forums
