Personalized App to help you quit smoking and stay smoke-free!
Together, we can create a smoke-free Hong Kong. The Tobacco and Alcohol Control Office of the Department of Health is launching this Quit Smoking App to assist smokers to overcome tobacco dependence.
For Smokers
You can assess your nicotine dependence level, set the quit plan, record your quitting progress in the app. You can also read the health information and tips relating to quitting to help you stay tobacco-free.
For Non-smokers
You can recommend your family and friends to use the app and encourage them to quit smoking.
