Are you a college student? Does your partner or ex-partner do things that make you feel scared or unsafe? Or do you have a friend whose partner or ex-partner worries you? It can be hard to know if you are experiencing the typical “ups and downs” of a relationship, or if it’s something more serious— maybe even unsafe.
Everyone deserves to be safe in their intimate relationship. That’s why the One Love Foundation and researchers created My Plan to help college-age women, and the friends who care about them, learn about healthy and unhealthy relationships and find personalized information and resources.
The One Love Foundation's My Plan is based on research with women, and it’s designed especially for college students. You can use it for your own relationship, or you can use it to help a friend. My Plan is private and gives you personalized information and resources.
The One Love Foundation's My Plan is designed for women (in opposite-sex or same-sex relationships) or their friends. Men also can experience relationship violence, if you’re a man living with violence, please know that no one deserves abuse. You can find resources for men (or help a male friend) by calling 1-888-7HELPLINE.
Safety Note: If your partner checks your phone or monitors your phone activity, delete this app when you are done with it and look into options to delete/hide from your purchase history. If you are ever in immediate danger, call 911.
