Monsterilla is an excellent Monster Game for Toddlers. Designed for children with ages 1 to 3 in mind, it can become challenging after several rounds and can be fun even for adults too.
This is an outstanding game app. The way it works is quite simple.
It begins with a 6X6 matrix of monster icons displayed in a random way. They are comical cartoon images of the cookie monster type. Your child's goal is to eliminate these icons in each round, before the time is up.
Your toddler can eliminate two icons at a time by quickly tapping on them. If there is a match, a green line shows and the icons disappear. For an icon pair to be disappear, the icons have to show the same character and usually need to be in close proximity. This Monster Game for Toddlers is often hard to guess which is one of the reasons why it's so exciting.
To start Monsterilla, press the Start button on the first screen.
The first round lasts 100 seconds. Each following round is 10 seconds shorter so your baby has less time to eliminate the icons. Monsterilla is an ideal Monster Game for Toddlers as, in addition to being entertaining, it sharpens your child's cognitive abilities. Rounds that last 60 seconds or less, can be quite challenging for adults also. You may have to race against time to make the game icons disappear. Although it is the perfect monster game for babies, it can be suitable for adults as well.
Pressing Refresh during a round, rearranges the icons in the hope that identical icons will fall next to each other. Your child can press the this button to gain advantage. There is also a Find button, right next to it, which helps them eliminate up to 3 monster pairs quickly. That is to get the tough going when the going gets tough.
At the end of each round, the time score is shown on a panel. If the score is less than the duration of the round, it's a success. There are also 3 buttons on the panel for you to decide what will happen next: Cancel will terminate the game; Replay will repeat that round; Continue will take your toddler to the next round which will be 10 seconds shorter. This Monster Game for Toddlers can have a maximum of 10 rounds but not all of them may be possible.
Monsterilla was created with children ages of 1 to 3 years of age in mind. After round 4 or 5, when there is about a minute to eliminate the monster icons, Monsterilla can become a challenging monster game for adults as well.
