The following services are available in the Mein BASE app:
• Query the current data consumption daily
• See and download online calculations and individual connection evidence of the past few months
• Manage data: Address, bank details, type of invoice, data usage or password change at any time
• Query the status of your base options and change, book or remove them
• Activate or deactivate the mailbox and phone number transmission convenient
• Find answers to all important questions - in the extensive FAQ area
• Set your smartphone particularly comfortably for mobile internet
• Use fast customer aid with the help of the online form
• Start/install the base cloud (insert spaces) or apps from the app
• Find all current information at a glance at any time in the "My notifications" notifications (e.g. if your new base is invoiced)
• Activate push messages to always be up to date
• Send the feedback to the app directly from the app and find a base shop near you with the shop search and navigate there
Please note:
• Suitable for Android 2.3.3 or higher
• also works via WLAN
• For security reasons, only private customers with base term contract that are registered for my account is available for security reasons. Not yet registered? No problem, that is also possible via the Mein BASE app
• The app shows you the net data consumption of the current calendar month. The data consumption in the mobile network within Germany is taken into account (without WLAN, without roaming).
• In order to be able to see your invoice, please select the "Online calculation" option, for example, directly in the app under "My data> invoice settings"
• Base assumes no guarantee if the system should not be available at short notice due to technical disorders in exceptional cases
Why does the app need access to location information, contacts, the Internet and paid services?
The access rights only serve to use the functions of Mein BASE app. At Base we protect your data in the best possible way and otherwise do not use access rights.
The Mein BASE app must be able to address certain functions of the operating system directly because it offers, for example, a shop search, compares data in real time via the Internet and enables calls from the customer hotline or the base shops. For example, the call is meant by paid services at our customer hotline - the respective minute prices are transparently listed.
Important: The Mein BASE app does not make calls independently - they must be actively clicked and confirmed by you. Installation is only possible if you agree to access rights.
