Lock your phone from Home Screen....
Note:
-Select widget from Home screen menu.
-It will ask for permission when you are using it for the First time.
UNINSTALL:
Before uninstalling widget make sure to disable admin permissions in Location & security > Select device admin > Lock Screen Widget
