Hempagochi - the hemp plant simulation - is much more than a fun game. Hempagochi is an opportunity for each and everyone to take part in the global legalization of Cannabis. With a tiny contribution by each one of you, we'll become strong and capable of fighting for free and legal access to Cannabis. It is you who is capable of showing everybody that there are hundreds of millions of people who would highly appreciate the legalization, simply by donating a few dollars!

Additionally, Hempagochi will give you some hints to the latest medical studies by top notch scientists of many respectable institutions about the successful laboratory use of cannabinoids in fighting various aggressive kinds of cancer: this is great news, the victory over cancer is just behind the corner and nobody has a right to censor these studies.
This version of Hempagochi has no in-app purchasing or commercial ads. Internet access is limited to the manual opening of your browser to load a pay pal donation page, where you may donate money if you like. Additionally there is a link to those mentioned several hundred
medical studies over "pubmed". No further web access is required and the app runs also perfectly when offline aka in flight mode.
In the app, the life cycle of the Cannabis plant is simulated, from the seed to the harvest. The visual stages of growth were generated by a special procedural 4D-mesh algorithm (time and space), therefor the plant grows in realtime, meaning it takes about 120 days until it is ripe for harvest (unless you discover the secret time-warp easteregg feature to display
the entire 120 days in 10 secs). There are butterflies, flying around, but they may be turned off. Water and fertilizer must be given frequently to prevent your plant from dieing prematurely due to lack of attention, but there is also an automation feature.
Various background images can be chosen. Graphically, the app is meant for phones and the fixed vertical display may look blur on physically large displays.
In terms of gameplay, there may be already similar apps, probably with even funnier graphics, but keep in mind that first of all Hempagochi was originally developed for windows(tm) in 2011 and second of all, this is not about competition, but about the growth of an idea, the idea of the legalization of Cannabis (Hemp) which due to the scientificly indicated efficiency in the prevention and cure of cancer is nothing less than a
fundamental, profound Human Right.
