Ask A Health Coach: This allows you to pose questions to one of our on-staff Health Coaches, in a private and secure means. They will reply to your questions within a short time. Have a question about diet, exercise, something else? Ask it here.
Experience Points: Everything you do in Well-Being Plus or in the web application earns you Experience Points, and reflects your overall efforts to improve your well-being. Watch those numbers go up from day to day.
My Inspiration: We all need inspiration - so what's yours? Who is your role model? Log in through the web and create your goals and role models, attach a photo that captures that special meaning for you, and it will appear here in Well-Being Plus . (And it's totally private.)
