Based on your body and activity data as well as the weather, the TrinkCheck app uses scientific calculations by the Cologne Sport University to determine your daily, individual fluid requirements. If your activity or the daily temperature increases, your need for liquid also increases. Thanks to the manually adjustable drinking reminder function, forgotten drinking is now a thing of the past!
For optimal use, the drinking app can be easily connected to Apple Health. This automatically transfers your activities to the drinking app, so you don't have to enter them manually every day.
