Choose a FitMuse you are interested in, then listen to a FitCast while you exercise. FitCasts are listed in order from newest to oldest, but you can start anywhere you want. Just select a FitCast and it will automatically start streaming (Wi-Fi or 3G/4G connection required). FitCasts that you have not yet listened to will have a “new” icon next to them.
Each FitMuse has a completely different exercise regimen, lifestyle, and personality. Our real ladies upload FitCasts about 3 times a week for about 20 minutes each. They will keep you company during your minimum required exercise time. You can even be featured in their FitCasts by joining the Femversation. Sign in with Facebook and leave your thoughts, stories, or feedback by clicking the Femversation icon, and our FitMuses will respond to you in future FitCasts.
