The 4th edition of this theatrical party is the first that will have international participation. Belgica, Bolivia, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, France, Spain, Ecuador, Italy, Mexico, Nicaragua, Uruguay, Venezuela and Argentina as a guest country. A total of 14 countries will be integrated to provide an forgettable experience about the tables from the capital city, the epicenter of the country's great festivals.
The latest experiences held in Caracas with the Theater Festival during the years 2011, 2013 and 2014, as well as the Latin American Film meeting and the most recent Latin American Music Festival: Sounds Caracas, they successfully prove that there is a relationship between the celebration of large cultural festivals and the growth of a harmonic citizenship, strengthening the affective bond city-identity by combining artistic occurrence public, as a territory of all. In this way, squares, boulevards, parks, theaters, courts and large avenues are resignified as places for the encounter, leisure and social room from a sense of belonging that tributes to the values of citizen coexistence.
