Ethio Prepaid Card Assistant(EPCA). EPCA is a free assistant that allows you to simplify calls to refill and check your balance, transfer money and send a call me back message to friends or family. With the functionality incorporated in the app, you don’t need to remember all *805*, *804#, *806* and/or *807* numbers, just tap one dial button. You could also change the interface to be in Amharic or English language through menu setting.
