Staff status in my hands
You can see where your staffs are and what they do in one screen. checman lets you know the updated information in real time without refreshing when staffs' status is changed. Not only checking out the time and places but also guessing their feeling with their emoticons. Tab the date button when you want to know staffs' record in the past time. The stacked data one by one from the day of starting checman becomes their business log day after day. You can also see the individual detail monthly record in timeline format when you tab some staff. You can request their location information in real time after simple setting up.
Common places & Official workplaces
Every places on the map could be appointed or cancelled as your public(official) work-place. You can set up if the staffs can check in the official work-places only or every places. Of course, you can adjust the radius after setting up the official work-places only mode. If there's no place to find on the map, anybody can create and share the place his own. The created and shared places by anybody could become the official work-place by each company. If the staff wants to get the accreditation of the place he used to visit, he can send the message for requesting to you by just one tabbing. Of course, the staff's frequent visited places are listed automatically on your set-up screen then you can set up the official place you want.
Staff Home
Visit your staff's home randomly or tab the staff's profile picture and visit his home. You can not only guess the feeling of the staff with emoticon but also see his updated 'today's comment' day after day. You can assume his status seeing his background image. Leave a friendly comment. Don't miss to check out the comments between
the staffs.
Rank Board
Who was the earliest attender of this month? Who was the latest attender? Spur positive competitive spirit. Aggregated ranking service every month, the best and worst attender of the year is selected automatically every year. If there's a slight reward, this ranking board could be the funny game.
Communication Board
The profile picture of the staffs who already have read the article is displayed so you can learn who has read or not.
If you have a question while you read the notice, you can leave a comment rightaway. Any member is available to write the notice, choosing one of 11 categories such as banquet, marriage, consolation and so on. In addition, he can appoint the range of sharing the notice like a specific team or some staff. When the new notice is posted, every staff can recognize it, seeing the checman's App icon with the number badge on their smart phone. So it lets staffs never miss the new posted notice.
Various situation, Simple setting
checman presents the various options to meet the various working conditions of each company. Official holidays, work hours a day, work days a week… You can set it up with simple tabs. In case of work place, you can register
and manage not only a headquarter but also the common places your staffs have a lot visited. You can adjust the functions of checking-inout in detail like activating check-inout button according to the radius limitation. For the manager's convenience, the setting-up option of checman is continually updating.
