CEeBA stands for "emission class and car stamp". It is a program that on the one hand allows you to determine the car emission class and on the other it allows you to define the amount of the car stamp.

In particular, in addition to determining the car emission class, the program also establishes your position and if the issue class is one of those reported in brackets (Euro 0, Euro 1, € 2) and if you are within a municipality in the Lombardy Region which is part of the A1 area or in one of the municipalities not belonging to the A1 area that have joined the regional measures according to the "Protocol of collaboration of the Lombard provinces" (DGR n. 9595 of the 9595 of the 9595 11/06/2009), a message will appear that warns you that the car in question cannot circulate in that territory from 15 October to 15 April, from Monday to Friday, from 7.30 to 19.30 (this period is indicated at the link http://www.regione.lombardia.it/cs/satellite?c=Redational_p&childpagename=ambiente%2Fdetail&cid=1213374630533&pagename=mbntwraper).

As for the car stamp, the program, depending on your position, can view two different web pages. If you are within the boundaries of the Lombardy Region, the "stamping" page will be displayed which allows not only to calculate the car stamp but also to pay it online. However, if you do not have a credit card or more simply you do not want to pay through the Intesa San Paolo circuit, the program also allows you to identify near where you find a public exercise enabled for the payment of the car tax. In this case, the application uses a dataset (https://dati.lombardia.it/tributi/tassa-auto) present on the portal http://dati.lombardia.it. The dataset is provided by the Lombardy Region in compliance with the IDL 2.0 license (http://www.dati.gov.it/iodl/2.0/).

Once the address is identified, simply click on the Google Maps icon to view your position as well as the address found and you can decide at this point to follow the indications.

If, on the other hand, you are outside the Lombardy, the program excludes the two buttons ("calculate the amount" and "where to pay?") And it will be possible to make only the calculation of the amount of the stamps through the web page of the Revenue Agency.
