Rules:
The principle of the game is that you have a
hand value that is closer to 21 than the opponent,
not to exceed 21. The cards : * A = 1 or 11.
* Cards 2 through 9 are counting their value.
* The 10, Jack, Queen, King, counted to 10.
The value of a hand is the sum of points of each card
For example, a hand containing (6,7,8) has the value 21.
ACE = 1 only if you are over 21 and there are
two A-in-hand. For example, a hand containing (A, 8)
has the value 19. A hand containing (A 5.8)
has the value 14. Buttons :
Hit - take another card.
Stand - Stop at the current total.
Surrender- You will lose half the money you have.
