Avalon has many training devices, a lot of training variation and a lot of freedom in lesson times. Thanks to our "Fitshopping" concept, you can follow all kinds of group training all day long, such as; PowerPump, biking, dance, abdominal quarters, stretching, sports games, BBB circuit and switching.
