Medgate offers the Atupri Medgate App especially for you as a Atupri client. With the Atupri Medgate App, you have the doctor with you at all times. The App offers you simple, fast and secure access to comprehensive medical care by phone, video or chat. Medgate has more than 100 doctors who take time for you and provide you with competent advice and treatment. Patients benefit from Medgate's 20 years of experience in the field of digital health and telemedicine.

Security
Security is a top priority for the Medgate Partner Network. That is why the Atupri Medgate App also places particular emphasis on guaranteed data protection. The user's identity is verified with a process that makes use of an identity card.
Medical data is not transmitted to the health insurance company. Medgate is the manufacturer, distributor and operator of the App. Medical services are provided by members of the Medgate Partner Network.
Costs
The consultation is billed via the health insurance company in the context of statutory benefits (analogous to a visit to a doctor's office) and is recognized by all Swiss health insurers. A teleconsultation costs on average CHF 50. In certain insurance models, there are no costs related to franchises or deductibles.
